Welcome to Dreads In Sydney (Sajan Rajbahak) Terms and Conditions Page. By booking an appointment with us through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

A. Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds After Service: All services rendered (including dreadlock services and hair treatments) are final and non-refundable.
  2. Adjustments: If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment with clear details and photos. At our discretion, we may offer an adjustment session, not a refund.
  3. Deposits: All booking deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
  4. No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice results in forfeiture of your deposit and no refund.

B. Client Responsibilities

  1. Accuracy of Information: Clients must provide accurate contact and booking details.
  2. Arrival & Preparedness: Clients must arrive on time with clean, product-free hair unless otherwise instructed.
  3. Aftercare Compliance: Proper aftercare is essential to maintain results. Instructions will be provided, and Dreads in Sydney is not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow them.
  4. Honest Claims: Clients agree not to make fraudulent claims regarding services. Evidence (including before/after photos and service notes) may be used in case of dispute.

C. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment to transfer your deposit.
  2. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled once with sufficient notice. Repeated cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
  3. Late Arrival: More than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of deposit.

Disclaimers

  1. Results May Vary: Service outcomes depend on hair type, texture, and aftercare. No specific results are guaranteed.
  2. Service Limitation: We reserve the right to decline service if the requested style is unsafe, damaging, or unsuitable for your hair.
  3. Health & Allergies: Clients are responsible for notifying us of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before service.

Liability & Dispute Handling

  • Release of Liability: By booking, you release Dreads in Sydney from liability for allergic reactions, breakage, or results outside of professional control.
  • Proof of Agreement: By booking online and checking the “I agree” box, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes must first be raised directly with Dreads in Sydney. Evidence such as signed waivers, before/after photos, and service notes will be used in case of chargebacks or refund claims.
